The 3rd Convention on Operational Excellence (COEX-2026), organized by QCFI Bhopal Chapter at KLIC-LNCT, Bhopal, successfully promoted continuous improvement and quality management practices. The event highlighted key operational excellence concepts including Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and 3M under the theme “Strengthening People, Strengthening Nations.” Industry leaders from organizations such as Vardhman, Eicher, JSW, Hershey, AVGOL, and Baerlocher participated in the convention, creating a strong platform for industry-academia collaboration. The event provided valuable insights into productivity enhancement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency while encouraging innovation and problem-solving among students. During the convention, Andi Gupta, Founder of Qubes, was recognized for outstanding performance. The event concluded successfully with active participation from experts, mentors, and organizers, contributing to the strengthening of the innovation ecosystem under the MeitY GENESIS initiative.
